Whats your thoughts on semen retention? Any one here had real benefits? Saving time is the only thing that I noticed, does any one had other advantages/disadvantages?

Currently, I have Samsung LED 32 FHD TV + a Chromecast. The TV is aged and need to change. Note : I like to buy a **Non Smart** TV. ( Avoiding Android TV ) .My preferences : ``` Resolution : **Full HD** > HD Ready Size : **40 inch** > 32 inch OS : **Non smart OS** > Linux > Web OS > Fire TV ``` From Amazon/Flipkart, there are not much options for Non smart ( Dumb ) TVs. Still if you have any ideas or bought any TVs recently, please do share.
