If Steve Steve Carell was not Michael Scott, who would you like to see in that role?

Even though Will Ferrell's character was a little 'left field' I think he would have made a decent Michael. Who else could have done it?

Do you skip episodes on a rewatch?

If so, what episodes? I used to skip Scotts Tots and Dinner Club. Recently I saw someone break down Dinner Club and have gained a new respect for it.
