I've heard that people feel more relaxed when they hear the background of people chattering (we are really social animals lol) so that might explain why white noise it seems to be commonly needed to sleep, but is it really a universal thing?
Can’t wait to slip into my freshly made bed tonight with freshly exfoliated and epilated legs wearing a freshly washed silk pyjama. No blahaj yet though
Its friday night on the east coast of the US, so its time to sleep in! (Sorry saturday workers)
I like having the window open during the night to provide white noise, and last week was actually some nice weather. This week that isn't possible due to the smoke :(
