Defederated from Lemmy.world?

I saw this instance was defederated with Lemmy World and contacted the admin here.

The reply I got was that they defederated because we "removed our rules against transphobia" which is a total misinterpretation of our Terms of Service.

And to avoid further confusion we added a fair use section which specifically covers this: https://legal.lemmy.world/fair-use/#rules-for-users

Wether or not you decide to federate with Lemmy World is up to you, I just want to make sure there is no misunderstanding here.
