Looking for a brush that lightens with pressure but doesn't darken with strokes on top of it

What settings govern this so maybe I could make my own brush?

The example on the right is what I want to avoid. I want it so if I apply 50% pressure on every line the colors stay the same shade all throughout, not get lighter or darker when they overlap.x-posted from author: Confused627 on reddit @/r/krita
