[Homescreen] Fern

I've basically been runnning this homescreen setup for almost 4 years on 3 separate phones. Anything else just feels unnatural to me at this point, lol.

• Launcher: Smart Launcher 6
• Icon Pack (Homescreen): Lines Pro, supplemented with custom icons for unsupported apps (e.g. Jerboa, Jellyfin, Aegis) created via Icon Pack Studio
• Icon Pack (App Drawer): iPear iOS 16
• Clock Widget: KWGT Kustom Widget Maker, using Exxed clock widget (included with Lines)
