How do I find a meme?

There was a meme of dale from King of the Hill wearing a balaclava and a hat with a cat on it saying "someone is" How would I go about finding this? Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, let me know and i'll delete it.

Only slight sarcasm. I assume it'll die off once/if the weather cools down a bit in the worst case.
