I add to my skincare routine these two tip. First tip: Facial massages at night: After I remove all my makeup, I massage the areas where I want to improve fine lines or prevent them. I use this oil lipikar

Second tip: I got rid of my cotton pillowcases and started sleeping on satin pillowcases. The gentle glide protects your skin and creates less friction, keeping it hydrated and healthy while you sleep. I use this one satin pillowcase the set comes with 2 pillowcases.

Extra tip: Change your pillowcase at least twice a week for better skin

  • There are different forms of vitamin C used in serums, such as L-ascorbic acid (pure vitamin C), ascorbyl palmitate, tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, and magnesium ascorbyl phosphate. L-ascorbic acid is the most potent and effective form, but it can be unstable and may cause irritation for some individuals. Other forms are more stable and suitable for sensitive skin types. Look for serums with a concentration of at least 10% to 20% vitamin C for effective results. Lower concentrations may not provide the desired benefits, while higher concentrations may be too harsh for some skin types. Check the ingredients list for other beneficial compounds like vitamin E or ferulic acid, as they can enhance the stability and effectiveness of vitamin C. Additionally, look for a serum packaged in an opaque or tinted bottle to protect it from light, which can cause vitamin C to degrade. Extra tip if you have Active Acne don't use it. Vitamin C can irritate your skin. I like and use this one [C TETRA](https://us.medik8.com/products/c-tetra) Share your Vitamin C serum Favorite!
