John Oliver did 4 stories on them. I highly recommend watching them. Youtube has them all for free.
One town in West Virginia was prescribed something crazy like a thousand per person (my number could be way off but it was a massive red flag for the feds).
Edit: The Sackler family is the owners behind it.

Doctor's are being watched for how many pills the prescribe. Add education to a new generation that watched their parents destroy their lives.

Schilling, a registered Republican from Collier County, helped to expose the $1.7 billion Medicare fraud at Columbia/HCA that brought down several executives and forced Scott's resignation from the mammoth hospital chain he built.
Florida: "Elect that man running that company!"
Old people can be dumb as fuck.

Polling is very easy to manipulate. Cherry picking a region to reflect your out look. Requesting voluntary participation usually leads to hardcore people or people fucking with you. Most Americans won't answer truthfully if you knock on their door or call them about a poll. Hell I had canvassers come to my place to see if I would listen to a Democratic pitch. I said no even though I voted Democrat.
Take one statistics class and you will see it is a very pseudoscience process.

Right now she's not even winning so.. it's either she loses out right or it's in the hands of the sc.
Polls are the easiest thing to manipulate and I see you are big into them. We are seeing bigger than expected turnouts in a lot of the early voting. We also know women vote in higher numbers then men. So we will wait and see how it shakes out.

Fucking heart breaking that we are still watching this shit unfold. Playing musical chairs with bombing locations need to stop. Those directing the bombings need to be charged. Peace isn't enough anymore, the Palestinians need protection.
> U.S. home prices have risen 50% in the last five years and rents have risen 35%, according to real estate firm Zillow. > "I keep hearing about the suburban woman doesn't like Trump," he said at a campaign event in Howell, Michigan last week. "I keep the suburbs safe. I stopped low-income towers from rising right alongside of their house, and I'm keeping the illegal aliens away from the suburbs." > At an Aug. 16 campaign stop in North Carolina, Harris called for building 3 million more housing units in four years, on top of the 1 million or so built annually by the private sector, through a new tax credit for developers who build homes aimed at first-time homebuyers and a $25,000 tax credit for those buyers. 1. Trump's remarks are reminiscent of how red lining was pushed. Same language. John Oliver did a great piece on it. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_-0J49_9lwc 2. Harris's plan is estimated to cost tax payers a lot long term. However, that is what investments in our future will look like. > The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, a nonpartisan watchdog group, estimates those policies would cost at least $200 billion over 10 years.
I love the FTC chair. She uses her position the correct way and actually gives a damn.

Didn't take companies long to stop pretending like they care. We are fucked.
This would be a quick way to see of it's racist, close minded, or just straight bs. Ex1- You want women to kill babies, boy! Ex2- You want to feed the homeless, boy!
> "Until sentence is imposed, all individuals covered by Paragraph (b)" -- referring to members of the court staff, the district attorney's staff and their families -- "must continue to perform their lawful duties free from threats, intimidation, harassment, and harm," Merchan wrote in the ruling. > And although he struck the portion of the gag order pertaining to jurors, Merchan wrote that it would be his "strong preference" to extend those protections because there remains "ample evidence to justify continued concern for the jurors." Someone help make sense of this. Why would you lift the gag order off jurors but not yourself?
