for posterity - this was most likely due to Lemmy.World being DDOSed and not pushing out federation updates during that time...
So there was a bot issue over at !nba[!nba@lemmy.world](https://lemmy.world/c/nba) which spammed the community with 30-ish posts. All of these were removed by the mod, or deleted by the bot and on Lemmy.world things are back to normal - https://lemmy.world/c/nba?dataType=Post&page=1&sort=New However on the lemm.ee version it looks like these posts have not been removed and are still visible - https://lemm.ee/c/nba@lemmy.world?dataType=Post&page=1&sort=New any idea what to do? this may actually be a bigger issue if these posts were harmful/offending

In the fourth quarter of 2022, Tesla said its cars using Autopilot recorded were involved in one crash per every 4.85 million miles — or 0.2 crashes per million miles. That's compared with around 0.7 crashes per million miles for Teslas not using Autopilot, and a US average of 1.5 crashes per million miles. The company has not released any figures for deaths per million miles, or the total number of miles driven, which would be needed to calculate that figure.

No problem, your call. I knew this is mostly outside of the community rules but assumed that a bunch of “what’s going on with lemmy.world?” questions will pop up quickly so might as well cross post it here. Feel free to remove when this blows over.
