I’m on Lemmy a lot, but I don’t have time to read every comment made on every community I moderate so I mainly rely on mod reports generated by users. If you break the rules again, you will be banned. **Posting guidelines.** * Posts in this community must be of property (inside or out) listed for sale which contains a terrible element. “Terrible” can refer to: - the photo itself (finger over the lens, too far away, people in the shot, bad Photoshop, etc.) - the property (weird layout, questionable plumbing, unsound structure, etc.) - the interior (carpeted bathrooms, awful taste interiors, weird mannequins/taxidermies/art, inflatable pools indoors, etc.) - the actual listing itself including unusual descriptions and unrealistic pricing. However, this isn’t a community to discuss the housing market in general. No incitement of violence or promotion of violent ideologies. I’ve created a couple of communities here that I missed from Reddit and this one is probably my favourite. I’ve really enjoyed the nicer environment here on Lemmy, and it’s probably the thing I’m most keen to preserve in this community. At the same time, I don’t want to be an overly authoritarian mod so I need your help, input, and feedback to make the community into the kind of place that the majority of subscribers want it to be. It's bad from the outside, but the inside is so much worse. And it gets worse the more you look at it. So many details that are just so awful. Living in this "house" is probably miserable.
