It could certainly be litigated, but there is probably enough grey area for Musk to get away with it.

It certainly won't get litigated in the next 2.5 weeks before election day. And if Trump wins, we know Trump's AG will not only not prosecute a thing related to Trump's friends, they will weaponize the DoJ against anyone who goes against Trump's friends.

The Harris campaign should be all over this.

"Donald Trump is in trouble, that's why he's trying to buy votes in PA. And he's too broke to do it himself, he needs a sugar daddy to pay the bill for him. Sad!"

Roman Catholic doctrine opposes both, but the bishops don't go around threatening to withhold religious services for politicians who allow the death penalty like they do with pro-choice politicians....

Well, last time there were a total of about 5.4M votes cast in NC, and Trump won by less than 100,000. If we assume that most of that early vote is Democratic, because off all the trash talking Trump has been doing about early and mail-in voting, then that could be a good sign.

This article only briefly mentions the main problem. It's not that a Presidential candidate is a fascist. It's that over 60 million people in the USA know he is a fascist, yet will vote for him anyway.

MAGA world's most important media outlet

Hey, 2016 called, it wants its' tweet back. None of the real MAGAs trust Fox anymore, ever since they had to settle that lawsuit and fire Tucker Carlson.

The hat featured a Mets logo on one side, an "X" in between and a Yankees logo on the other side. ... "No wonder Eric Adams got indicted, that hat is a crime against humanity," one user wrote in a post on X, formally Twitter.

The phrase “TRUMP TOO SMALL” stems from a memorable moment in the 2016 Republican presidential debates, during which Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., made a crude joke about the size of Trump’s hands. “And you know what they say about guys with small hands,” Rubio quipped.

Biden’s campaign proposed that the first debate between the presumptive Democratic and Republican nominees be held in late June and the second in September before early voting begins. Trump responded to the letter in an interview with Fox News digital, calling the proposed dates “fully acceptable to me” and joked about providing his own transportation.

Hi all! I'll be visiting with my family soon. I go to San Jose/Santa Clara often for work, but this will be my first time in the area as a tourist in 20 years. Were have 3 days planned for San Francisco on the trip, from a hotel near SFO. We have a rental car, and are 5 people, so it may make sense to drive. The hotel isn't walkable to BART or Caltrain, so if we were going to take those into the city we'd have to park at the station anyway. (South San Francisco would probably be the closest station). I'm planning to park the car for the day and take the MUNI most places, since it's free for teens. Any suggestions on safe garages? I don't mind paying to make sure the car is secure. If there's a good garage around Union Station, that may be the best bet because we can get anywhere. But it might be nice to park closer to the Presidio for the day we do things there. Any suggestions? My coworkers who live in the Bay Area think I'm crazy to take a car into SF at all, but surely there are some safe places to park? We're a bunch of nerds, and will hit up the Exploratorium. (We have a fourth day planned at the Chabot Center and Berkeley, and other days further afield). Any other suggestions for nerdy things to see would be appreciated. (We already have the Wave Organ on the list....) Thanks!
