Except you cant use that one to dothe crumbly ground beef trick. They are good if you only ever use them to mash potatoes.

Not just A potato masher, its THE potato masher. If you dont have that thick af metal wire one you have an inferior potato masher.

Great, now he and I have something in common.
Edit: her looks are about the least offensive thing about her, sorry. The terrible person is pretty hot. If it helps I'll wipe my dick on the curtains and give her a fake number.

Oh, Hello voice of common sense. Been a while!
Going into subs about a specific topic to troll should get your shit removed.

I didnt know this until recently either. Its interesting once you start to read the ingredients breakdown on things that have "Protein!" on the label only to realise that (like on the oats I dont buy anymore) it had 4 grams per serving of protein more, but it was just added wheat gluten which has a PDCAAS of .25 so like an extra gram of protein thats actually useful for muscle building...
Delphia 4d ago • 100%
I hate to be all "ackchually" but wheat protein kind of sucks for muscle building. Its only about 50% as digestable and effective as the best sources, its still a better source than processed AF white bread if you cant give up the sandwiches. A great many "protein enhanced" things like oats just dump in a bunch of wheat gluten.
It still mostly counts towards your daily goals for average people but anyone looking for "gains" should be aiming to get 50% from "high quality" sources like milk protein, eggs, meat and soy.

I saw an interview with some exercise scientists talking about studies done on people who lived in rural less developed environments, think shepherds in developing countries. The studies indicated that while they may do 30,000 steps a day their body physiologically adapts and changes their movement paterns very quickly to use the absolute minimum amount of energy possible to move around. So their energy expenditure was more like what someone who walks 15,000 steps a day of stop start a day.

I can get the top of the line BYD performance sedan for less than half the price of the Tesla and Kia dont do a 500hp sedan.

A shitload of my favorite brand of protein bars, tastes just close enough to a chocolate bar that I dont feel cheated.
Also the fitness branded protein ice creams. 360 calories and I get to fuck up a whole pint watching TV?
And both of them help me hit my protein targets for the day.

I think I put my thought poorly. Negligent would.have been a better word.
FEMA was hamstrung, but "doing the best with what you have" and "doing a great job" arent the same thing and thats likely the perception a bunch of guys who will grab guns and jump in the back of a pickup have. "FEMA screwed up Katrina and we arent going to let them do it to us!"
Delphia 7d ago • 12%
I mean Katrina was pretty much a balls-up by everyone involved and
Not saying FEMA was negligent it just showed how woefully under prepared for an actual huge crisis they were. (I believe they did try their best) these idiots just remember FEMA not immediately solving all the problems and arent letting FEMA do it to them! Thats why they probably feel (wrongly) justified.

The manager wont be "thrown under the bus" the manager will "get whats coming to him"
Its part of junior and middle managements job to ha e the balls to make sure higher ups eat the shit sandwich when they HAVE to. The owner who isnt there on site has to rely on you to say "No sir, we ARE shutting down production and evacuating. Not doing so puts the staffs lives at risk. Fire me if you want but please advise me of which legal firm you want me to send the wrongful termination paperwork to when you do!" and hang the phone up.
The most senior employee on site is the person who is to blame. The owner somewhere else might have (quite honestly) not understood the magnitude of what was going on. "The carpark is flooding" is an accurate description for an inch of water, a foot of water and cars being carried away.

I laugh every time I see the words "literally unplayable" because of minor headache
Started with Atari 2600, now VR simrig racing.
For me "How long could I get away with driving like an ABSOLUTE ASSHOLE all the time before I lost my licence or had an accident." Speed limits, red lights, stop signs... forget them all. Every day I have to drive sensibly and obey the law because without my licence I dont have a job, and every day I see at least one person driving like an absolute moron and I wonder...
Its probably the most delicious thing that's ever been cooked there.
This guy has only made 4 videos so far but I want more. I just wish he wasn't shooting in TikTok format.
Forget practicality and cargo bikes, the utilitarian fat tyre commuter ones too. I want to see what this community thinks the ones that look badass are. (Excluding concepts please)
They risk our infrastructure and they steal or extort billions. I wouldnt feel bad if I read "Scam phone center destroyed in mystery explosion"
Got my bloods done and my Testosterone levels are LOW. I'm working out a lot and kind of pissed Ive been doing it on "hardmode" for god knows how long, but before I take the doc up on the script I'm doing my due diligence on the realities. It seems like every article I find is either written by a trt clinic or is a one sided hit piece. So Im after some real world experiences.
My current favorite is "Phillip Mypants"
Just asking, is starting a new character now going to leave me annoyed and feeling like a little brother tagging along or is new character progression pretty forgiving?
I'm Australian and Fox Bodies arent super common here and are eligible for classic import status. Im not looking to do something soon but I'm also daydreaming about this pretty hard and I'm really curious about how viable the idea is. Doesnt need to be a special edition, manual is strongly preferred but hardly essential if they command a big premium and I do like the later models with the 1 piece headlights. Liftback or notchback is fine either way. Yes I've googled but that only really shows what people on BAT and clasifieds are ASKING not what they can realistically be had for if I started trying to buy one.
In what ways are you absolutely the stereotype?
Just to be well and truly fuckin clear. I am not now nor have I ever been nor will I ever be contemplating shagging a family member.
Im doing a custom case with a Jonsbo Vr1 I picked up super cheap. Im after the screws for the glass sides specifically but if anyone in Australia has one Id be interested in picking up a whole case.
I know the Mariah Carey song is hated because its overused, but its also objectively a well produced piece of pop music. My favorite though is O Holy Night. Performed well I want to stop and listen to it. It moves me, and I dont give enough of a fuck about religion to call myself an athiest.
Father in law needs a new car and at his wants/needs/price intersection is the V6 Journey/Freemont. Just after some genuine owner feedback if anyone has any.
Seriously, I love this series so much. The Audiobooks are amazing.
